Guided tours in Antwerp, made to measure
Welcome to Antwerp!
Is this your visit? Then our walk in the Historical Centre is the ideal starting point.
Have you already been introduced to the city and you want to learn a little more, than we offer you a rich menu of quarter tours or theme tours.
Usually we work for groups of 10 or more. We also offer our services to families and smaller groups, but anyway the minimal cost will be € 140 for a 2 hours’ wandeling. Longer tours cost an extra € 5 per person per hour (minimum € 190 for a 3 hours’ wanlk).
From March to October we also organise walks to which individuals can subscribe. The calendar for these walks can be found on Seizoenswandelingen.
Fancy More?
A standard walk takes 2 hours more or less, without a pause.
If you feel like it and you want more, we have a number of dessert to keep you satisfied for another hour. What would you say about a visit to a local bar, a museum, a coffee roaster or why not, a church?
Or do you want to go with the moment and choose for our suggestion? In 2022, we will focus specifically on care, how care needs and care provision evolved in a city like Antwerp.
Probably you have already seen it on pictures, but the environment of the cathedral, Market Place and the Quays of the river Scheldt is every time again fascinating. After this tour the town will have no secrets anymore for you.
Up until a few years this was a desolate area. Today it has become one of the liveliest districts in town. Come and discover this region in our company.
For ages this has been one of the most folksy areas in town, the district around Saint-Andrew’s. Rich and poor lived here side by side, and they still do. And apart from misery, these people also knew how to make fun, as you will learn.
On the ruins of an old Spanish fortress a new residential area arose at the end of the nineteenth century. Where there used to be an industrial plant, the city of the future is under development.
Nobody ever influenced the appearance of our city as much as this 16th century promoter/architect.
